No alliance talks happened with Nitish Kumar: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik

After meeting Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in a press conference said that they have an old friendship and there was no discussion for alliance in upcoming polls. He also informed that the land in Puri is being given free of cost to the Bihar government to build a Bihar Bhawan there.
