The Avery- SF's LUXE Penthouse Tour

Today we’re exploring District 9 which is referred to as Central East. This is the largest district in San Francisco, home to mid and high rise condos. This area includes South Beach, SoMA, Yerba Buena, Mission Bay, Potrero Hill, Bernal Heights, and the Inner Mission. Today we’re in South Beach. Walk along the waterfront and you’ll see a large selection of high end restaurants and the iconic Ferry Building. This area of the city is usually sunny and has convenient access to public transit and the Bay Bridge. Join me a few blocks west of here as we take a look inside The Avery located at 488 Folsom.This stunning 56 story sculpted tower will take your breath away.
