Shocking Prices of New Builds in London🤯 & Our Hunt for the Perfect Home!
We're back with Part 2 of our real-life property viewings as we look for our next home in London. We moved here from Vienna Austria, where you can find a 1-bed flat in a central location for around €700, we're now in London paying more than double that for a ground-floor flat that is not that great. We are looking for anything upwards of £2.5k per month, which is a lot considering we are currently paying £1,600 for a 2-bed, but knowing the rental market and the deal we got on this property we know to get anywhere decent we need to at least spend an extra 200-700££ per month. In this vlog we compare affordability and new builds that could be classed as Luxury Living in London, and notice how the zone's and locations REALLY do affect the monthly rental prices, and find a hidden Gem in x a recent renovation from a Community Block of flats that is giving Wes Anderson vibes.
