2 cinamon stick

2 cloves

4 -5 black pepper

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp grated ginger garlic

2 green chilli

1/4 tsp tumeric powder

1/2 tsp kashmir red chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder

1/4 tsp hot spices (garam masala powder)

salt to taste

2 tbsp coriander leaves

3 tsp clarified butter
