Mango Cake Recipe - Eggless Mango Cake Without Oven - Super Soft & Delicious - @Khatri's Kitchen

Ingredients are --

For Cake Batter Making

Maida (All purpose flour ) - 2 cup
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/4 tsp
sugar - 1/2 cup
chopped mango - 1 cup
curd - 1/4 cup
oil - 1/2 cup
milk - 1 cup
essence - 1 tsp

For Mango Glaze Making --

Mango Puree - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
corn flour - 1 tsp (optional)

For Decorating -

Finally chopped magoes - 1 cup
finally chopped cashew nuts - 2 tsp
some mint leaf
