[TAS] The Ultimate Any% Speedrun

Credits to zdoroviy antony, MrWint, HappyLee, Kriller37, and Maru370 for all of the main contributions to this TAS (some weren't intentional, but we used their work to make this TAS)

This Any% TAS is the Ultimate TAS that I uploaded 2 months ago, but filled with entertainment supplied by me (while still keeping everything perfect). This TAS also does a 4 framerule delay on the title screen to get the best possible bullet bill shot in 8-2, so it isn't optimal in terms of TAS timing (TAS timing starts at power on, RTA timing starts when the in-game time loads)
