Used and in condition as new: Frigoscandia Impingement Freezer type Advantec 2M-1250-1, Manufacturing number 1080209, Order number: 1220224. This Impingement/Injection Freezer is a cost-effective alternative to cryogenic freezing for products like hamburgers, cooked shrimps, fish fillets, bakery/bread products, ready meals and so much more. Capacity of this used Impingement Freezer is approx. 1500 kg/h based on hamburgers with an infeed temperature of ± 5°C. This Impingement Freezer (patented by Frigoscandia JBT) is in very good condition and has the advantage that with their limited dimensions it has a fast and efficient freezing capacity. Specifications of this used Frigoscandia Freezer:
Complete stainless steel construction and stainless steel evaporators (DX System)
ADF defrost system for a continuous freezing process, of a maximum 22 hours of production
Single belt, fine mesh, with the dimensions of length 11410mm, and width 1250mm

Complete DX Bitzer freezing installation consists of on frame built 3 pieces Bitzer screw compressors type HSN 7471-75-40P, the complete control cabinet and an air-cooled condenser and oil cooler. Design data of the Bitzer freezing installation is 171kW at evaporating temperature of -40°C and condensing temperature of +40°C with the refrigerant R507A

This Frigoscandia Advantec Impingement Freezer will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/electrical defects. The gearboxes will be supplied with new oil, the evaporators coils will be supplied on 2 bar nitrogen pressure. The impingement freezer will be delivered with a 3 months guarantee on the main components.
