Kate, a Senior Delivery Engineer, and Adelaide a recent addition to our Thales Graduate Program, work on protected mobility vehicles, including the Australian-built Bushmaster. Their technical expertise and commitment to excellence are valued by their teams, customers and broader organisation. Adelaide, who is mentored by Kate, showcases the strength of women inspiring women in engineering. Their contributions are helping build a future we can all trust.
