💗Strawberry Jelly Recipe💗
strawberry milk 140ml
heavy cream 150ml
agar powder 25g
sugar 15g
white chocolate 50g
red food coloring 2 drops (optional)
milk carton, cut and washed

1. Mix agar powder and sugar well.
2. In a sauce pan, add strawberry milk and heavy cream.
3. Add 1 to 2. Mix well.
4. Bring 3 to the stove. Turn on the heat to a medium to low heat. Bring it to a boil.
5. Add white chocolate. Mix well until it's all melted, over low heat.
6. Off the stove, add food coloring.
7. Strain and pour 6 into the prepared milk carton.
8. Cool it down completely before placing it in the refrigerator.
9. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
10. You can easily remove the jelly by ripping off the carton.

딸기우유 140ml
생크림 150ml
한천가루 25g
설탕 15g
화이트 초콜릿 50g
빨간색 식용색소 2방울
우유곽

1. 설탕과 한천가루를 잘 섞어줍니다.
2. 작은 냄비에 딸기우유와 생크림을 부어줍니다.
3. 2에 1을 넣고 잘 섞습니다.
4. 중 약불에서 끓여줍니다.
5. 끓어오르면 화이트초콜릿을 넣고 약불에서 초콜릿이 다 녹을 때 까지 저어줍니다.
6. 불에서 내려 식용생소를 넣어줍니다.
7. 체에걸어 우유곽에 부어줍니다.
8. 냉장고에 넣기 전에 실온에서 완전히 식혀줍니다.
9. 냉장보관 2-3시간
10. 우유곽을 찢어서 쉽게 꺼낼 수 있어요.
