• Sweet potato - 125 g (1/2 cup)
• Warm milk - 180 g (3/4 cup)
• Granulated sugar - 50 g (1/4 cup)
• Dry yeast - 7 g (1 US packet. Please check the label.)
• Egg - 50 g (1 egg)
• Bread flour - 375 g (3 cups)
• Salt - 9 g (1.5 tsp)
• Unsalted butter (softened) - 42 g (3 Tbsps)

Butter glaze
• Melted butter (melted) - 28 g (2 Tbsps)
• Honey - 10 g (1/2 Tbsp)

NOTE: For best results, measure ingredients with a scale. All recipes are designed with weighed ingredients using grams/ounces. Cup measurements (US customary units) are provided for your convenience.
