This is another bottle of our 3rd Auction purchase.

Chase GB Gin was purchased for $27.27 RRP is AUD $60. It is 40% ABV and comes in a nice 700ml green bottle and Tin.

GB Gin is made in the copper kettle where Chase Potato Vodka is distilled with 10 botanical products; Juniper (the buds and berries), coriander seeds, bitter almonds, cinnamon bark, ginger, cloves, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel and cardamom make up a dry gin.

They use potatoes grown on their family farm in Herefordshire and it is infused with juniper buds and berries; they claim this gin is one of the driest single-estate Gins distilled in the UK.

Tasting Notes:

NOSE - Fragrant juniper, lemon & cinnamon

PALATE - Smooth & full-bodied, juniper and spice balanced with lemon peel freshness

FINISH - A long extra dry finish
