Dean Michel spends his winters on the ice, coaching his son’s hockey team and his summers checking weather conditions and fishing on Balsam Lake (when time permits).

Jennifer Bacon loves living in the Kawarthas and usually be found in one of three places: Running through the trails in her beloved Balsam Lake Provincial Park, paddle boarding on the lake, or enjoying a glass of wine and a good book on the dock.

The newest member of the team is Cedar, the American Labrador Retriever. When she isn’t chewing shoes or digging in the garden, Cedar enjoys meeting with clients and showing properties - especially those on the water.
