On Friday it was announced that the government would support a bill to make upskirting a criminal offence. But when the bill was read out, one man - Tory MP Christopher Chope - shouted ‘object’. That’s all it took to stop the campaign in its tracks. Gina Martin explains her frustration with the parliamentary system, but assures that upskirting will become a punishable crime.
