The latest episode in my TPN by Request series covers those nations with the dubious distinction of having never placed at Miss Universe. There are in fact dozens of countries that fall into that group - some by the mere fact they’ve competed at Miss Universe only a handful of times. But there are indeed a dozen nations with more than 15 appearances each, and not a single placement between them.
