Mandrel bending some custom frame rails for a customer! This is 2x4x.120 rectangular tubing being bent, and we can also bend 2x3x.120. Mandrel tube benders allow us to bend the tubing without it wrinkling or kinking. It's great for back halfs, full length rails, rear frame caps, crossmembers, etc. This is what we use to bend our Model A & Model T hot rod frames as well.
