Necessary materials:
Beans (cobs, chickpeas or red beans) - 1.5 cups
*Rice* - 1 cup
*Rashte Ash* - 250 grams
*Onion* - 2 large pieces
*vegetables* (leek, parsley, coriander, mint) - 300 grams
** Brewed saffron ** - 1 teaspoon
*Salt, pepper and turmeric* - as much as needed
*Oil* - as much as needed
*Water* - 3-4 liters
*Omani lemon* - 2-3 pieces (optional)
How to prepare:
1. Preparation of beans: 
    Pre-soak the beans and then cook them in boiling water until soft.  About 1 hour is enough.
2. Frying onions: 
    Chop the onions and fry in a pot with some oil until golden.  Then add turmeric and pepper.
3. *Adding beans:* 
    Add the cooked beans to the onions and fry for a few minutes.
4. *Add water:* 
    Add 3-4 liters of water to the pot and let it boil.
5. *Adding rice:* 
    Add washed rice to the mixture and let it boil.
6. *Adding vegetables:* 
    Chop the greens and add to the mixture.  Stir and let the soup cook slowly.
7. *Adding a thread:* 
    After 1 hour, slowly add the noodles to the pot and stir until the noodles are soft.
8. *Adding saffron and Omani lemon:* 
    At the end, add infused saffron and Omani lemon (if desired) and let the soup boil for another 15-20 minutes.
9. *Serving:* 
    Serve the soup in a bowl and garnish with some hot oil and fried mint.
