A quick and tasty street style Kothu Parotta recipe. This dish is popular in South India and Sri Lanka. This dish is made from shredded Parotta mixed with masala , vegetable and egg . You can omit egg or even add chicken to your taste. This dish tastes the best served hot.

Kerala Porotta -3
Eggs-4
Onion-1/2 cup
Tomato- 1/2 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Curry leaves - few
Ginger -1/2 tbsp
Garlic -1/2 tbsp
Green chilli -2
Spring onion - 1/4 cup
