The Elements Tech Case by Alpaka is actually NOT originally intended to be a sling... as the name suggests, it was originally designed to be a tech accessory carrying case, but with such a high quality strap, and strap anchors, it fits the bill as an everyday carry sling bag perfectly.

An EDC sling needs to carry everything YOU personally choose to carry with you every single day, and so of course, the Alpaka Elements Tech Case may NOT accommodate everything of yours, but as you can see, it fits everything I need it to in my everyday carry kit.

Sling bags are my personal favorite TYPE of bag... likely because I use them quite literally every day, and so I'm always on the lookout for that perfect EDC sling pack and this one comes damn close (except for my two criticisms explained in the video).
