Kael, a lonely crow, finds a peacock feather and uses it to disguise himself, gaining the admiration and respect of the forest animals who previously shunned him. During a grand assembly, Kael's true identity is revealed when he speaks in his natural, harsh voice. Despite the initial shock, the animals realize their mistake in judging him by his appearance. They accept Kael for who he is, and he no longer needs the feather to feel valued and respected.
