काफी सारे लोगों ने सुना होता है कि आजकल मार्केट में zero नंबर के Blue-light Filter चश्मे आते हैं और इनको पहनने से Mobile phone, Computer से आंखें damage नहीं होती।
देखिए मैं आपकी ये myth clear करदूँ, Blue-light Filter चश्मों का कोई role नहीं है।
अगर आप ये चश्मा ये सोचते हुए पहन रहे हैं कि Mobile phone, computer से जो Blue light निकलती है उससे आँख में कोई damage हो जाता है उस damage से आपको ये चश्मा बचाएगा तो ये बिल्कुल
गलतफहमी है।
अगर आप ये सोचते हुए चश्मा पहन रहे हैं कि इसको पहनने से आप ज्यादा समय तक Mobile phone, computer पे काम कर पाएंगे, और आपकी आंखें थकेंगी नहीं। तो ये भी एक गलतफहमी है।
देखिए Blue light का सिर्फ एक ही role है Human body में की वो आपके "Sleep-Wake" cycle को disturb करती है। रात को सोने में दिक्कत आती है। तो उसके लिए बस एक simple suggestion मैं आपको दे रहा हूं, आप सबके mobile phone, computer में Blue light filter already बना हुआ है, उसको Activate कर लीजिए और कोई extra चश्मे या filter की आपको जरूरत नहीं है ।
