You can check live availability on multiple calendar, book appointments on multiple calendars all by using GHL Native voice AI agent. All of this can be done by using just one voice ai agent and during the same call.

Someone told me that it wasn't possible. So I had to make that possible.

Here is how you can do it

Create Custom Values to store live availability after each call
Use Get Free slots api end point to get the available time slots
Use these custom values inside your ai prompt
Include the calendar IDs of the relevant calendars
Instruct AI agent to pick the relevant calendar ids
Once calendar id, contact phone, appointment datetime (and location id) data have been captured, send it to a webhook via Custom Action
Parse the incoming data and book appointment.
If the caller wants to book multiple appointments, the tool will run multiple times booking appointments on different calendars
