Ingredients:-

1) 250g Maida
2) 2 tsp powdered sugar
3) 1tsp salt
4) 1+1/2 tsp oil
5) 140 ml chilled water
6) 200g margarine

Method -:

1) Take a parat add maida, powdered sugar, salt, oil & mix all ingredients well till you get crumbly flour.
2) Further add chilled water & knead the dough semi hard.
3) Now cover this dough with cloth & rest the dough for 10 mins.
4) After 10 mins dust some maida & roll the dough into round shape & put cold margarine in the center of the dough & cover the margarine with dough & make square rectangle shape as shown in video.
5)Further dust some maida & pound the dough initially with rolling pin till the rolling is easy then roll the dough out to a certain length & with both ends folded 1/4 towards the centre meeting both ends together then folding the dough over in half again.
6) Put this sheet in refrigerator for 15 mins.
7) After 15 mins repeat the above process for 3 times, take out the dough again from refrigerator & roll the dough into square thin roti & cut it into rectangle shape pieces.Sprinkle some water over the sheet as shown in video.
8) bake the khari at 200°C for 15-20 mins till it turns into golden brown colour.
