Creating a Track Plan for the Industrial Section of My Model Railroad

I've moved back over the layout to finish up designing the industrial section of my model railroad. My primary challenge has been to create a wye turnaround for the area. I run a few tests to figure out the minimum radius for the equipment I'll be running and of course, these tests will determine if I can actually squeeze the wye in.
