It seems like a brilliant way to use an old, disused phone box - to transform it into a trendy coffee bar. But, while Mustafa Mehmet's project in Turnham Green has proved very popular with locals - he's now in conflict with Hounslow council - which keeps issuing him with fines for illegal street trading, something he says is totally unfair.
