Racial Conflict in West Adams According to Skipp Townsend Part 7

In Part 7, the conclusion of the Skipp Townsend series, Skipper talks about the Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods being dragged into conflict with the Eighteen Street Gang after their war with the Black P Stones and targeting innocent black non gang members. The conflict started in 1993 and since then has grown through the Historic West Adams District and the conflict has yet to be resolved.
