He is a staff writer for ablegamers.com, a website that is dedicated to bringing greater accessibility to users of digital entertainment who have disabilities, so they can enjoy an enhanced quality of life and a richer social life through gaming.

Marco's passion is to help enable others to reach their full potential, drawing upon his life-long experience of overcoming challenges. Born with Cerebral Palsy, Marco has always found ways to thrive in situations that presented him with a challenge. His greatest hope is that, through his work with Sean Sibbet, he can have a positive, lasting impact on the disabled community. His message is that people should see that the "unthinkable" isn't unattainable, but rather, just one idea away from being possible.

Sean Sibbet is the President and CEO of Reality Controls, a software development company that creates motion control sensor software. He will be speaking with Marco Pasqua on using motion control sensor technology to improve the quality of life for people who have physical disabilities.

Sean's work with Marco and the AbleGamers Foundation has taught him about current accessibility limitations, and has inspired him to focus his efforts in this area.
Sean has been involved with computers and technology for more than thirty-two years. His background includes audio engineering, video production, programming, project management, sales, teaching, support and business development. His passion is for finding innovative ways to allow others to realize the same benefits he has enjoyed through the application of technology.

Sean hopes his work is able to improve the quality of life for people everywhere, and can lead us toward a future where predictive, adaptive technology greatly improves innumerable lives from behind the scenes.
