Welcome to our Family Dinner Board!


At “The Big House”, that my 8 kids renamed it, dinner is more than just a meal — it’s a time to gather around my gigantic 12 foot island, reconnect, share stories of how we went, and create memories was sitting in the kitchen, watching me cook.

Now that it’s summer, we are super busy, not only with the masonry, but also trying to get the hay in for our horses to get through the winter, and that makes for a busy schedules, planning our weekly menu helps bring a sense of organization during the craziness, planning really helps make things a lot easier and then my family can actually see what’s coming up for dinner, and something to look forward to when my kids come in to just hear how their day went

Whether it’s a favorite comfort food, a new recipe adventure, or a simple pasta night, each meal is made with love, which cooking is my language of love  (and maybe a little chaos). This board is our way of staying organized, staying fed, and most importantly, staying together — one delicious dinner at a time.
