G`day Folks,
I`ve been fooling about with pastels and hairspray for some time now in the pursuit of weathering buildings. The hairspray seals the pastel powder once the job is done.
This time I`m trying wagons. It seems best to spray first with hairspray to give the pastels something to stick to and some manipulation can be carried out whilst the hairspray is drying.
Anyway you`ll see in the video how it works.
