Charlie LeDuff is a newsman. He won a Pulitzer for his reporting New York Times. He's worked for The Detroit News and WJBK Fox 2. He's a polarizing figure who's not shy about ruffling feathers. His latest book is Detroit: An American Autopsy.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
