Hello, welcome to this little series where I make an everyday carry bag from scratch by hand-no stencils, no patterns, just knowing the measurements that I want and measuring it out on the fabric, cutting the panels, and stitching it all together literally by hand using an awl. Old school style with a double reverse zigzag stitch.

I'll be using X50 tactical fabric with VX21 black and VX21 white, with Dyneema 40 thread, Microtex needles, and a whole lot of time and patience. The whole job took about 36 hours.

I ended up doing X50 Tactical in black for the bottom, back, flap, and front, and VX21 in black for the two side pockets, and VX21 in white for the entire inside. It turned out to be an awesome combination.

Super light weight, Incredibly practical, Easy access, No Zips, No Velcro, No key clips.
High-end, handmade, technical, water resistant, magnetic v-buckle, 50mm hardware.

This thing is a looker :) and incredible nice to use everday.
