Creating mentoring programs inside of an organization can be challenging. But, it's crucial to implement something like this because it helps future-proof your organization. Here are a few steps you can follow to start creating mentoring programs:

Determine what the program is going to look like. What is it about? Who’s participating?
Pair people together. You can know a little bit about them, their strengths, skills, and what they’re struggling with.
Provide training or guidelines for the mentees and mentors on what you want that relationship to look like.
Collect feedback from the process. Check in with both sides to find out what’s working and what’s not and what can be improved upon.
