Описание к видео Standing Saddlebag Workout | Knee Friendly & Low Impact | Outer Thigh Workout

This is a 10 min outer thigh workout that you can do standing! It is knee friendly and low impact - there are no squats, lunges or jumps 🤗

This workout will help to tone and shape your outer thighs, to get rid of saddlebags and to get rounder hips! But don't forget that all bodies are beautiful in whatever shape they come - with or without saddlebags ❤️

You just need a chair, table, wall or other surface to help you with balance and you're good to go! You can also add ankle weights to make it more challenging 🔥

We do have 10 second breaks in between each exercise, as usual! 😊 And don't worry if you need to take extra breaks, do everything at your own pace!

This is what you can expect from this workout:
2 x 30 sec for the exercises and 10 sec of breaks
you will need a chair or a wall to help with your balance
all of the exercises are knee-friendly (no squats or lunges)
this is a low impact workout (no jumping)
no talking, so you can just enjoy the music :)
