Workshop on Career in Civil Services | Jamia Millia Islamia | Ms. Jyeshtha Maitrei, IPS, 2018

In this video, Ms. Jyeshtha Maitrei, IPS (2018) introduces the students of Jamia Millia Islamia to the Civil Services Exam through an interactive session. She busts the myths surrounding this field of study and shares her own journey of clearing this exam to explain the role Civil Servants play in India.

Vision IAS Outreach Program is an initiative to pioneer the earnest young minds of the country into a career in civil services. Workshops are conducted in premier institutes throughout the country and the speakers include esteemed civil servants and the proficient Vision IAS faculty.

These workshops educate the potential aspirants about what it takes to become a civil servant, the challenges an aspirant comes across while preparing and the experience of being a serving civil servant.
