How to achieve 95% Quartz purity with a throughput of 20 tonnes per hour?

The 𝗠𝗦𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗙 is the perfect choice for dry colour sorting of bulk material. In this video the sorting system separates Quartz of 20–60 mm with maximum precision. The material is passed to the sorter via a distribution feeder. Then on the chute, the material is further accelerated and guided into the detection area. The detection system scans the material curtain instantly.

What’s more, the sensor in the parallel process detects different sorting criteria (e.g. shape and colour) and can combine these in any way as required. It goes without saying that the recorded data can also be used for statistical and analytical purposes.
