Hope everyone is doing good.

Yet again, another quick and very easy recipe for everyone finding it difficult to cook during this lockdown.

To make this recipe ( or the ones I have posted earlier), you do not need fancy culinary skills. Rather, just a few basic ingredients which are always easily available at home.

This potato and pumpkin curry is a completely vegetarian dish and should be ready within 30 minutes. Goes well with Rice and Roti. Also, you can use any vegetable of your choice in place of pumpkin.
