ST KATHARINE DOCKS, LONDON!

Join us for a morning walk around St Katharine Docks in London!

This wonderful watery corner of central London is nestled in the shadow of Tower Bridge, right next to the Tower of London, and is and a delicious spot for a lovely London walk. The marina is home to some fantastic boats, ships and barges, including the Gloriana - Queen Elizabeth II's 2012 Diamond Jubilee rowing barge. We were also fortunate enough to see the Spanish Galleon tall ship Galeon Andalusia on its recent stay in the capital. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within the Docks, and the enormous Dickens Inn is great for a glass of wine or a beer after a bit of ship-spotting!

We visited St Katharine Docks on a brisk autumnal morning in October 2024. It does get very busy at weekends, but is much quieter during the week. It's an absolute pleasure of a walk, so hope you enjoy!
