Описание к видео Method Training - Winter Feedback Survey 2020

Thank you to all the MT members that took the time to fill in our Winter 2020 Feedback Survey.

Main points,
1) We will include more skill-based gymnastics practice at the start of our Kinetic workouts. This could include pull-ups, toes to bar, ring dips or handstand holds - and all the progressions to help along the way.

2) We will include more strength sessions before the conditioning in our Kinetic classes. This would be in the form of a squat (back, front, overhead), press (strict, push, jerk) or deadlift pattern (conventional, sumo).

3) We will include more barbell elements in our Kinetic conditioning workouts.

4) Kilo cycles will be on consistent days. They will remain this way for the duration of the cycle. Please do not be put off by missing some elements of a cycle. Simply turn up, lift some moderate to heavy loads with good technique, and watch the magic happen - we are not Matt Fraser, don't overthink it.

5) We have removed all burpee penalties for late cancellations - (the board was recycled after it's destruction). Please manage your bookings and be considerate of other Method members.

6) We will add 2-hours of open gym to the timetable on a Sunday afternoon between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Come in to practice your lifts, work on gymnastics, catch up on a missed workout or hit a local qualifier.

7) We are organising more masterclasses, clinics and workshops to focus in on specific areas of improvement. The next clinic will be our bar muscle-up session on 14th March 2020 1pm, with 20 places available - book your place through the TeamUp app --- https://goteamup.com/p/130384-method-...

8) Improve the acoustics in both areas - replace the speaker system with smaller units in multiple locations. Potentially look at acoustic curtains to create a better sound barrier between the spaces whilst retaining the flexibility for events such as the coast to coast.
