" Just to speak on that, so they passed a law last year that basically said an insurance company cannot drop you or non-renew you is what they do, right? So they don't drop you. They just go, we're not going to renew your policy next year. They can't do that solely based on the age of your roof. So if they do say something like that, if they come in and say you have to replace your roof, or we're not going to renew you, or anything to that effect, you can actually go and have Paul come out and do an inspection on your roof and show that your roof has, if it does have, more than five years of useful life, then you get a report like that and give it to the insurance company, and then they can't non-renew you."
