The SPY has really been showing its hand in the sense that there is really just lots of volatility and a lack of direction. Technically speaking we have a higher low and are back above the 50 SMA. Its a question now of wether or not the bulls will force a santa rally based on this big bounce.

The QQQ and nasdaq stocks are also respecting critical support and right back at the base of the spike. With rates stabilizing, this will be a good thing for the tech sector.

IWM Russell 2000 and the small caps are back in the mid point of the range which ties into the theory that there is not a huge risk off move being produced. Still using it as just a temperature gauge and as of now its signaling neutral.
