ART VLOG - Getting back into drawing architecture - Precise graphite (speed) drawing

Hi guys! I've been getting back into drawing architecture. It’s been a while and as I’ve switched sizes, materials and methods, it was a bit of a challenge. 😊 This project started because of a failed oil painting endeavour, but at least something good came out of it! I’m also trying to up my graphite pencil drawing game in this one, which I’ve been wanting to do for a while now. And there's a short tour of the Hortus Botanicus in Amsterdam included, because it's the subject of the last drawing. I hope you enjoy the video. Thanks in advance for watching!

The materials used for all the drawings are:
Pencils: Faber-Castell 0.5 mm mechanical pencils, hb and 2b leads
Paper: Daler Rowney Smooth Heavyweight paper, 220 gsm

Filming was done on a Samsung Galaxy S10+
Editing was done in iMovie on an iMac
The thumbnail was made with Affinity Designer (affordable Photoshop, highly recommend!)
