Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose has directed boards of elections to limit how voters use drop boxes to turn in their absentee ballots. LaRose says voters can use the boxes to turn in their own ballot, but if they are assisting a voter with disability or who otherwise cannot turn the ballot in themselves, a signed form will be required.
