Since 2016 my weight has remained pretty much the same about 110lbs (50kg), I'm 5'3 (161cm). What has slowly changed is my body composition. I have increased my lean muscle mass and decreased my body fat. All whilst eating as much as I care for! 2300-3000 calories (depending on my exercise regime). Eating in abundance. High Carb Low Fat Whole foods Plant Based. Also: Exercising regularly. Getting plenty of sleep every night. Drinking plenty of water each day. Having rest days. Reducing stress. Focusing on being positive and happy as much as possible. ✌
