Marinated Chicken ingredients
1tbsp Oyster Sauce
1tbsp Water
1tbsp Corn Starch
1tbsp Oil

Brown Sauce Ingredients
2/3 cup Chicken Stock
1 1/2tsp Sugar
1 1/2tbsp Soy Sauce
2tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1tbsp Oyster Sauce
1tsp Sesame Oil
1/8tsp White Pepper

Thicken the sauce ingredients:
Mix cornstarch and water - use until you get your desire consistency.
