All of Ventura CA Neighborhoods, West End, East End, Midtown, Downtown, Kimball...

Curious about the differences between all of Ventura CA neighborhoods, the pros and cons, price points, and what each neighborhood has to offer? Today, I briefly explain all of this. Lets jump right in!

Today I cover Ventura's East End; Saticoy, Kimball, Montalvo, The Farm.
The East End is great for bigger families and if you are looking for more house, yard, etc.. for less dollar. Being on the east end you still get what all of Ventura has to offer, just a short 10 minute drive from all of the action.

Midtown is great because you are close to pretty much everything Ventura has: Downtown, Beaches, Hikes, Schools etc...

Hillside Ventura is great if you are looking for something a little bit pricier but it is all worth it for the beautiful coastline view of Ventura County.

Obviously Beachfront is miraculous. You are steps away from the pacific ocean and get to wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. I do point out some of the cons this may have though, to each their own, but watch to see if it is worth it for you.

Westend Ventura is a great place to buy NOW, with the neighborhood on the rise, close to amenities, the beach, hillside, EVERYTHING. It is such a great place to invest and is on it's way to being a $1,000,000 neighborhood.
