INGREDIENTS
2 large ripe bananas (205 g) mashed
2 large eggs
3 Tbsp (45 ml) cooking oil
3/4 cup (175 g) plain Greek yogurt (or milk)
1/4 cup (50 g) light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cup (195 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
