Kimchi Mandu (한글은 아래에)

-Ingredients
Kimchi 250g * for homemade quick kimchi click 👉🏻   • Everyone can make Kimchi 😘  
Dubu 250g *Korean Firm type dubu
(tofu)
Dangmyeon 50g
(Korean glass noodles)
Mandu-pi 25pc * for homemade mandupi click 👉🏻    • Видео

Kimchi is already well balanced in flavor so this recipe doesn't need any more salt or sauce. Please use kimchi juice for seasoning if the filling is bland.
Korean dubu(tofu) has two kinds. One is a firm type for pan-fried and the other is a soft type for soup/stew. (Sundubu/silken tofu is different)
If you're using softer/watery tofu, you may use more tofu.
The amount of dangmyeon is 1/10 of total weight.(Using dry dangmyeon to absorb water is the key process of this recipe)
You may add minced pork or substitute with dubu. But I preferred without meat :) (Other ingredients are also the same, you can add anything!)
Break dangmyeon to fit the pan if necessary.

You may freeze filling for later use.

Too simple ingredients for yummy mandu? Frying dubu and kimchi with cooking oil enhance umami very stronger. You will be surprised by the flavor.

And also the reason why I made the recipe a very small amount is... when you try a new recipe, please make it a very small amount and then make an adjustment then you decide your final recipe. 김치 만두

김치 250 그램 * 김치 레시피 👉🏻   • Everyone can make Kimchi 😘  
두부 250 그램 (부침용)
당면 50 그램
만두피 25개 (1팩) * 만두피 직접 만드실 분은 👉🏻    • Видео  

김치는 짜지 않고 국물 그대로 사용합니다. 싱거우면 국물을 더 넣어서 볶아도 됨.
부침용 단단한 두부를 사용하였습니다.
부드러운 두부를 사용할 때는 김치보다 양을 더 넣으세요. 더 넣어도 물기 많아서 많이 줄어듭니다.
당면은 김치/두부 무게의 1/10이 적당합니다.
간 돼지고기 등 재료를 더 넣어도 됩니다. 제 실험상으로는 돼지고기보다 두부로 한 게 더 맛있어서 깜놀!!!
팬 사이즈에 따라 당면을 미리 잘라야 할 수도 있습니다.

만두속이 남으면 냉동보관했다가 다시 사용 가능합니다.

3 재료로 별 맛 있겠나 싶죠? 두부 미리 볶아서 감칠맛 끌어올리고 김치 볶아다 또 다시 감칠맛 끌어올리니 조미료 전혀 없이도 아주 맛있는 만두가 된 답니다^^
