33 Thomas Street, formerly known as the AT&T Long Lines Building, is a windowless skyscraper located in Tribeca, Lower Manhattan, New York City.

The building is 170 meters tall and situated on the east side of Church Street between Thomas Street and Worth Street.

It is an example of the Brutalist architectural style.

It was originally used as a telephone exchange building, containing three major 4ESS switches for long distance telephony and other switches for competitive local exchange carrier services.

It is not currently used for incumbent local exchange carrier services and is not a central office.

The CLLI code for the facility is NYCMNYBW.

The building has also been reportedly linked to being a mass surveillance hub for the National Security Agency (NSA) codenamed TITANPOINTE.
