Reflective supervision entails a collaborative reflection between a frontline worker and supervisor that builds on the workers use of their thoughts, feelings, and values within their every day work.

This video was developed in partnership between the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare and the Center for Early Education and Early Development.
