Ingredients
½ Cup – Peanut salted
1 No – Onion peeled
5 No– Banana Flower petals
Water for boiling
Salt to Taste
1 Tsp – Turmeric powder
1 Cup – Banana florets
2 Tbsp – Mustard oil
1 Tsp – Cumin seeds
1 Tbsp – Ginger chopped
1 Tbsp – Garlic chopped
3 No – Green chilli chopped
½ Tsp – Red chilli powder
1 Tsp – Coriander Powder
1 Tsp – Garam masala
¼ Tsp – Cumin powder
Salt to Taste
4 No – Potato boiled
Salt to Taste
1 Tsp – Ginger chopped
1 Tsp – Green chilli chopped
4-6 No – Coriander sprig
4 Tbsp – Corn starch
½ Cup – Water
1 Cup – Refined flour
1 Cup – Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Fresh coriander sprig for garnish

Method:-
1. In a mixer jar add salted peanuts blend coarsely and leave aside.
2. Take a peeled onion and fine chop it and side out in a bowl.
3. Take banana flower petals and fine chop it and side out in a mixing bowl.
4. Finely chop the florets and boil them in water with turmeric and a pinch of salt for about 15–20 minutes.
5. Drain and squeeze out excess water and then add in a bowl.
6. Place a kadai on medium flame and heat mustard oil and add cumin seeds.
7. Now add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chilli. Sauté for a minute.
8. Add the boiled mocha and mix well.
9. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and salt mix well.
10. Cook the mixture until it dries and side out in a bowl let it cool.
11. Take a large mixing bowl and grate potato then add chopped ginger and chopped green chilli mIx well.
12. Now take fresh coriander spring and chop well.
13. Add in banana florets mixture and add crushed peanuts mix well.
14. Make a smooth batter with cornstarch and water (should coat but not be too thick).
15. Take two plate and add refined flour in one plate and then add bread crumbs in another plate.
16. Now in banana mixture add chopped onion and mix well.
17. Take a small portion of the potato mixture and stuffed the banana flower mixture in it and shape into oval or flattened cutlets.
18. Dip each chop into the batter, then roll in breadcrumbs.
19. Deep fry the chops in hot oil until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
20. Finally side out in a serving plate and garnish with fresh coriander sprig.
