Spider Grills VENOM setup & review (making BBQ Beef Ribs) | Impossibly Kosher

The Venom by Spider grills may just be one of the coolest Weber Charcoal grill attachments I've come across in a long time.

In this video I go through it all to give a full and honest assessment and review of the Venom weber attachment.

If you haven't heard about it, it basically controls the air flow into the kettle which means it controls the temperatures.

I put it to the ultimate test... a 5 hour delicious Beef Plate Ribs. If it is able to keep temps constant for 5 hours with minimal tinkering from my side? The Venom will be my new must use tool.
